OATS VEVEGETABLE APPAM USING LEFTOVER IDLI BATTER

Hello friends!! 
Today I made Idli in lunchtime and there is enough batter left to make more.
But I keep it in the freeze, and evening time I thought to make something else other than Idli and dosa.So after thinking so much I decided to make appam,but in different way.
I always preferred healthy food, so  I tried to make it more healthy and tasty. 
And Friends It turns very tasty as my expectation.So here it is.

Today I made oats veg appam using leftover idli batter!
Oats veg appam
Method
1 bowl idli batter
1cup oats roasted nd grinded coarsely
Salt
1tsp ginger chilli paste
Pinch of baking soda
Veg- 1/2carrot grated,some green peas cut into small pieces,small piece i.e. Cucumber grated,some tomato nd onion finely chopped
(u can add any veggie of ur choice)
Mix all
Heat appam pan
Grease it before
Pour d batter
Cover with lid
Cook it for 2min
Flip nd cook
Repeat d process
Now after cooking all
Heat a pan
Add oil
Add mustard seeds nd sesame seeds nd curry patta nd green chilli pieces
Add appam
Mix well
Take it out in d plate nd serve with green chutney nd tomato sauce!!
