INGREDIENTS
2CUP WHEAT FLOUR
2 CUP MAIDA
OIL3/4 CUP, AATE ME DALNE KE LIYE
OIL TO FRY
AJWAIN
WATER
SALT AS PER TASTE
METHOD/ RECIPE
Strain both d flour nd add ajwain, salt, oil to it.
Mix well and knead d flour with little warm water and keep aside for 1/2 hr
Afte that again mix it well
Now u can make either small bolls nd roll it
Or take big gola nd poore patle pe roll karke strips banake roll kare.
