BENGALI SWEET RASBHARI-RASMALI IN COOKER /RASMALAI AND RUBDI/ROSMALAI

Festive feeling enjoy kare aur ghar me hi banaye .
Friends ghar ki Rasmalai ki baat hi kuch aur hoti hai.
Kum kharch aur khushi jyada😊
To aaiye aaj banate h  HOME MADE RASMALAI  IN COOKER. 


INGREDIENTS FOR RASMALAI (RASGULLA
  One Litre full cream milk 
One Big Lemon'sJuice 
One Bowl sugar 
Three Bowl water.

Method
1 lit milk boil karo.
Thoda thanda hone do
Milk 80% hi garam hona chahiye, nahi to Chenna hard ho jata h
Ab isme lemon Juice dheere dheere dale, ek sath pura nahi dalna h.
Saath Saath milk me Spoon bhi ghoomate rage.
Jaise hi dudh phat jaayega, lemon Juice dalna band kar de(agar bacha h to )
Ab Chalni par ek saaf cotton cloth rakh kar usme Chenna nikal le .
Ab Chenna par thanda (normal temperature ) paani dale and halke haato se daba de .
15min uske upar vajan rakh do
Ab 15min bahut acche se masal lo
Chote_chote gole banakar thoda sa press kar do
(40_45)
Cookerme 1cup sugar nd 3cup pani dalkar boil hone par gole dal do
Cooker band karke fast gas par 1whistle ke bad gas Slow kar do
15min bad gas band kar do
Cooker ko thande pani. K koi base wale bartan me rakh do
Thanda hone par bowl me nikal lo
Thanda hone k liye freez me rakh do.

INGREDIENTS FOR RASMALAI (RABDI )
One Litre full cream milk 
1/2 cup sugar, as per taste
1Tsp souf (powder)
4-5 Cardamom powder 
Some Pistachios 4-5
Rose water OneTeaspoon (Rose essence bhi use kar sakte h)
1 Tablespoons milk powder (optional)
8-10 Saffron (kesar)
METHOD 
1lit full cream milk ko boil aane k bad gas Slow kar do
Milk aadha ho jaye iske thodi der pahle hi sugar dal do(as per taste)
Milk aadha hone par gas band kar do
Add saffron,cardamom pr,pista,1tsp rose water,1tsp sauf pr
Thanda hone par rasgulla thoda nichodkar isme dal do
Freez me rakh do
Serve lt cool _cool
