INSTANT RAVA OATS MASALA MENDU VADA

Hello friends!!
Today I made something new nd it turns very very tasty!!
Have a look nd say how it is??
My new innovation
Rawa oats masala medu vada!!
Method
2cup rawa
11/2cup curd
Some ginger grated
Salt
1/2 cupoats
2-3 green chilli chopped
Add little water
Mix well nd rest it for 15 min
Now after15 min add some coriander leaves(chopped)
Add1/2tsp baking soda
1tbsp oil
Mixwell
Consistency should be like idli batter
Heat oil in a pan
Take a katori nd tie one cloth (see pic)

Now put batter nd make hole using finger
Deep fry on medium flame
Our mendu vada is ready to enjoy!!
As I use oats here,it turns very crispy and add to the taste and health too.
You can add 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes to get it more tasty .
Serve it wih green chutney nd tomato sauce !!
You can also enjoy it with Sambhar and chutney.It tastes better than normal mendu vada.
ONE MORE BENEFIT IS THAT YOU CAN MAKE IT INSTANTLY AND IT IS EASY TO DIGEST .*(as normally mendu vada is made of udad dal and it is not easy to digest AND I was having the digestion problem with this udad dal mendu vada ,So Friends this is the best solution
